To ensure a prompt response, please call if you desire admission outside of regular business hours, which are Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Our goal is to process admissions within three hours of receipt of the physician’s certification 24 hours a day/seven days a week.

Our Facilities
Our office is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients and their families in your community. Our care is delivered by experienced professionals that are part of the Odyssey interdisciplinary team. Our team consists of patient care managers, registered nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, bereavement coordinators, and our hospice physician.

To refer a patient, you can phone our office or fax the information. If you have a question or need an evaluation by the Odyssey nurse call our office and ask for admissions.
